Look for these three marks on your jewellery through a magnifying lens
The official Bureau of Indian Standards logo. It indicates that the registration is valid and the purity is verified.
Indicates the gold content. For example, 22K916 corresponds to 22 Karat Gold (91.6% purity).
Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number. A unique 6-digit alphanumeric code that traces the piece back to the specific jeweler.
